This lovely apartment is on the left side of the River Arno on the second floor of a beautiful 16th Century Palazzo situated next to Piazza San Niccolò in the heart of the Oltrarno just at the edge of the old medieval city walls which lead to Forte di Belvedere and Piazzale Michelangelo.

Only 500 mt from the famous Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery.

This friendly neighbourhood is a very lively part of town and offers plenty of high quality bars, traditional restaurants, Trattoria and shops.

It is the ideal place to get away from the crowds and mix with the locals.

Due to the central location we always recommend our guests to arrive by train or plane and to explore the city on foot.

If you arrive into town by car, the flat is easily reachable in a few minutes from the Firenze Sud exit on the A1 Motorway.
